Amethyst, Pearl and Diamond Lavaliere. A remarkable piece inspired by the arts and crafts jewelry making tradition of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. True to this tradition, I alloyed the 14K rose gold and drew the wire, as it would have been done in the period. Every link of the chain is handmade. The central stone is a 10mm round African amethyst cabochon of a superior grade. Just beneath and setting it off is a 3mm diamond with lots of flash and sparkle.
